1. Services provided

CELPIPcore is a self-guided online preparation platform for the CELPIP test. We provide practice questions, full mock tests, AI generated scoring and feedback for speaking and writing, and study tools such as vocabulary and progress tracking. We do not provide live instruction, tutoring, or classroom teaching.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid email address to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to receive verification messages at your registered email address.

3. Plans, credits, and payments

Paid plans and credits unlock full mock tests and AI scoring. The scope, price, and currency of each purchase are shown at checkout before you confirm. Some content offers free previews before purchase. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Your submissions

Practice answers, writing samples, and speaking recordings you submit are visible only to you and to the systems that score them. We do not display, sell, or share your submissions with other users or third parties without your explicit consent. See the Privacy Policy for details on how submissions are processed.

5. Email communication

By creating an account you agree to receive essential service emails such as verification codes, receipts, and important account notices. We do not send unrelated marketing email and we do not share your contact information with third parties for their marketing. Non-essential messages include an unsubscribe option.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content, including questions, model answers, audio, and software, is the exclusive property of CELPIPcore or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, or transmit any material outside the platform, or use it commercially, without written permission.

7. Account usage restrictions

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or multi-user access is prohibited. Abuse, scraping, automated access, or suspicious activity may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. AI features

Scores and feedback are generated by AI systems and are estimates intended for study purposes. They do not predict or guarantee results on the official test. Submissions are processed by trusted third-party AI providers to deliver this service and are not used to train their models.

9. Affiliation disclaimer

CELPIPcore is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the official CELPIP program or Paragon Testing Enterprises. CELPIP is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Performance on CELPIPcore does not guarantee any specific result on the official test.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and all content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of materials or about outcomes on official exams. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
