Every dimension gets its own score and its own comments, so you know whether Vocabulary or Task Fulfillment is the one dragging your CLB down.
Your Writing answer or Speaking transcript comes back with annotated words, phrases, and sentences, plus an upgraded version rewritten from what you actually said or wrote, so the gap is visible.

Speaking recordings are transcribed automatically, so every comment points at the exact words you said, not a vague impression.
Score reports show the share of test-takers you scored ahead of, plus the score distribution for every task you submit.
Paste any sentence or paragraph and get it rewritten toward a higher CELPIP band, with the key changes listed. One credit per rewrite.
We are in pre-launch, so the whole platform is open. The question bank, the exam interface, mock tests, and AI scoring are free for every account. No credit card at signup, no paywall halfway through, no trial that quietly expires.
Everything stays free until we launch.
We are a new platform, and we will not pad this page with invented reviews. Here is the honest version instead: what you actually have in hand by the time you book the real exam.
All of it is free while we are in pre-launch, no credit card required.
By the time you book, you have sat this exact screen dozens of times: same timer, same buttons, same pressure. The only unfamiliar thing left on test day is the room.
You walk in knowing roughly where you land, because every attempt has been telling you. Booking stops being a leap of faith and becomes a scheduling decision.
Everyone does. Studying alone, you rarely find out which ones are yours. Here every error is tagged by type and collected into one short personal list, and fixing five habits beats correcting five hundred sentences.
Straight answers on what is free, how the AI scoring works, and how close the practice screens are to the real thing.
CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) is an English test designated by IRCC for Canadian permanent residence, citizenship, and many professional designations. It is fully computer-delivered and covers Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking in about three hours, with results reported on the CLB scale. Most people sitting it are doing so for Express Entry, a provincial nomination, or citizenship.
No. CELPIPcore is an independent practice platform, not the official test, and it is not affiliated with the test maker. What we do is re-create the exam experience faithfully: our practice screens are modeled on the official CELPIP online sample test, including its layout, fonts, timer behavior, and instruction text.
Right now, all of it, and no. During pre-launch the full question bank, mock tests, and AI scoring are open to every account, with no credit card at signup and no trial that silently converts to a paid plan. AI features run on credits, and free credits are refreshed daily. Nothing switches to paid billing unless you choose a plan yourself.
Reading and Listening are graded objectively, so those scores are instant and exact. Writing and Speaking are scored by AI on the four CELPIP dimensions, Content and Coherence, Vocabulary, Readability or Listenability, and Task Fulfillment, plus grammar, ending in a CLB-aligned estimate. Speaking responses are transcribed word by word first, so the feedback quotes what you actually said, and the deeper speaking analysis covers phonetic features, tone and rhythm, fluency, and language accuracy.
We captured the official CELPIP Free Online Sample Test in a real browser, its live styles, layout, screenshots, and instruction text, and used that capture as the exact reference for our practice screens. In simulation mode the audio plays only once, every question runs on the clock with no pausing, and there are no subtitles, matching real test conditions. Regular practice mode relaxes all of that with replays, subtitles, and unlimited thinking time.
There is a mock for each skill plus a mixed full mock: Listening runs 6 parts in about 47 minutes, Reading 4 parts in about 55, Writing 2 tasks in about 53, and Speaking 8 tasks in about 20. Each paper is assembled at random from the question bank, so every attempt is a fresh set. You can leave a mock unfinished and resume it later, and a daily limit applies to starting new ones. After you submit, every task gets AI grading, and you rate the paper difficulty to help calibrate future papers.
Every question is built to the official format, task for task, and checked against the real exam for style and difficulty. The bank covers all 20 CELPIP task types: 6 Listening parts, 4 Reading parts, 2 Writing tasks, and 8 Speaking tasks, including the paired Speaking Tasks 3 and 4 that share one scene, just like the real exam. You can drill one question type at a time, let the site pick a random question that favors material you have not touched, or sit a full mock.
CELPIP levels map directly to CLB levels, so a CELPIP 9 is a CLB 9. What you need depends on the program: Federal Skilled Worker (Express Entry) requires at least CLB 7 in every skill, citizenship requires CLB 4 in Listening and Speaking, and CLB 9 in all four skills is the usual Express Entry target because it unlocks the highest skill transferability bracket. The site also includes a CLB score converter and an Express Entry CRS calculator if you want to run your own numbers.
Yes. The site runs in any modern desktop or mobile browser, so Reading drills and vocabulary review fit into a commute. For Writing and Speaking we recommend a computer with a keyboard and microphone, because that matches how you will take the real, fully computer-delivered test.
They are used to produce your feedback: speaking audio is transcribed word by word, and your submissions are stored with your practice history so you can reopen every score report later. Our Privacy Policy covers storage, use, and deletion in full.
