Listening Part 1: Listening to Problem Solving
Part 1 plays a conversation between a man and a woman in three sections, a customer getting help with a problem, then asks 8 questions in about 8 minutes. Each question is spoken once and answered from four options on screen, with 30 seconds per question. Every clip plays one time only.

Part 1 怎樣計分
聽力由電腦計分,答對一條得一分,答錯不扣分。Part 1 佔聽力 38 條計分題中的 8 條,而且是最容易的聽力部分,這些分數要袋穩。
逐題計點
每條題只有對錯之分,留空當錯。答錯不扣分,所以 30 秒完結前一定要點一個選項,亂猜都保得住四分之一機會。
38 條換一個 Level
38 條計分題的原始分會換算成 CELPIP Level 1 至 12,並按題目難度校準,確保不同場次的考卷同樣公平。Level 9 的門檻大約是答對 33 條。
CELPIP Level 等於 CLB
換算是一比一:CELPIP 9 就是 CLB 9。六個部分一路愈來愈難,但每條題都只值一分,所以想達 CLB 9,前面的部分就要接近全對。
可能有不計分部分
一個額外的實驗部分可能出現在聽力任何位置,不計分,但外觀與計分部分完全一樣,所以每一部分都要當真來答。
行得通的 8 分鐘聽法
開播前先佈陣幾秒鐘
錄音自動開播之前,屏幕會先介紹兩位說話人和情境。用這幾秒把筆記紙分好格,一個「問題、方案、決定」的簡單表格就夠,因為之後甚麼都不會重播。
跟劇情,不摳字三節,每節 1 至 1.5 分鐘
盯住三件事:出了甚麼問題、對方提出哪些方案、最後接受了哪個。每個數字、時間、名字都配一個場景詞記低,聽到 Hello again 一類的句子就當開新一章,三節其實是同一個故事。
先聽完題目再看選項每條 30 秒
題幹是播出來的,屏幕不會顯示,而且只播一次。聽完整條題目才掃描四個選項,題目聽一半就看選項,個個選項都似答案。
排除、作答、前進每條計時完結前
正確選項一定是換句話說,絕不會照搬原文,見到逐字重複錄音字眼的選項要起疑。計時未完可以隨時改答案,時間一到就永遠去了下一題,所以千萬不要留空。

會丟分的錯誤
信了照搬原文的選項Paraphrase
正確答案是意思的轉寫,絕不會逐字重複錄音。用你聽過的原話砌出來的選項,多數是披著錄音外衣的陷阱。
中了相近數字的招Specific Information
錄音說十點,選項就會有六點、兩點,連錯的星期六都出齊。每個數字、時間、價錢都配一個場景詞記低,干擾項就是靠重新拼湊它們造出來的。
張冠李戴記錯人Speaker Attribution
干擾項最愛把女方說的話塞給男方,或者把她的建議寫成他的決定。筆記分兩欄,一人一欄,這類陷阱一眼就穿。
漏一句賠上三條題Staying Focused
錄音只播一次,漏了的句子追不回來。猜一個、放低它、接住下一句對話,慌亂才是唯一會蔓延的聽力錯誤。
把題目留空Time Management
30 秒一過考試就前進,留空就是零分。亂猜不會被罰,所以有答案,隨便哪個答案,都好過白屏一片。
關於 Part 1 的常見問題
音訊播出前可以先看題目嗎?
Part 1 至 3 都不可以。題幹在對話播完後才逐條播出,屏幕只顯示四個選項。但你仍有得準備:開播前的引言會講明說話人身份和情境。
考場有紙做筆記嗎?
有。考場提供紙筆,筆記不會被查看也不計分。考前要練慣手寫點列式筆記,縮寫加符號,遠勝完整句子。
